We endeavor to ship all physical products within 2-5 business days after receiving an order and many times we ship on the same day the order was placed.
If there is a problem with your physical order, or it is in any way delayed, we will notifiy you via email with any updates.
Shipping outside Germany is expensive. Feel free to contact us via mutias.flop@gmx.de Maybe we will find an alternative solution.
Basic Ground and Standard International Shipping is provided via DHL - our physical products are shipped from Germany. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery inside Germany, and 2-4 weeks for international destinations. Under normal circumstances, we expect orders sent by mail to arrive within a few days to two weeks of purchase, but cannot always guarantee this.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the dilivery methods outlined above, please contact us via mutias.flop@gmx.de to arrange an alternative delivery plan.

All customers have the right to cancel an order within seven (7) days after the receipt of goods. In order for a cancellation to take place, all purchased music must be returned to Kollektive Halluzination and we will issue you a full refund.
If you have received faulty Vinyl or Digital Music Files email mutias.flop@gmx.de in ordert o claim a refund.
Please note: Our Refunds Policy does not and cannot apply to any Digital Album download unless there has proven to be an error or fault in the music data file supplied. If you are not able to play your music file due to a fault in the data file, please email mutias.flop@gmx.de and we will send you a new, working data file, or issue you a full refund.
